Every travel crew needs someone with big ideas, a giant heart, and a knack for turning everyday moments into unforgettable adventures. That's Heidi. An Army Brat turned lifelong traveler, wife, mom, fundraiser, and corporate retiree, she's spent decades collecting passport stamps (57+ countries and counting), stories, and hearts (over 1,000 random hearts spotted around the world). Whether she's fundraising, singing at a piano, organizing a family celebration, or chasing the next adventure, Heidi believes the world is smaller—and kinder—than we sometimes think.
Motto: "Just like the song, it REALLY is a small world after all, so sing loud, pack a light, and love big while you can."
Fun Fact: Her alma mater is Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, FL) — NOT a pharmacy, despite what some people think.
Secret Strength: God — He helps me sing through setbacks, navigate life's detours, and find mic-drop moments in every journey.
Tim
aka “The Strategist”
Chief Scout
He's the deal-hunting, number-crunching travel mastermind who makes our adventures happen. He is the Points Whisperer and has upgraded our travels with point magic. Tim is the guy who'll tell you the hotel price dropped $43 while you were brushing your teeth.
Motto: "Work hard, play hard."
Fun Fact: His packing cubes are organized by category, color, and spiritual alignment (probably).
Secret Strength:🥩 Smokes a salmon so good, it should have its own passport.
Trinity
aka “The Compass”
Chief Safety Officer
Trin brings the calm to the chaos. With a degree in Risk Management (Go Georgia Dawgs!), and a radar for safety, she ensures everything runs smoothly—even with her severe allergy to the sun, citrus, and (probably) chaos.
Motto: "Let's think this through first. We don't want to extend our vacation in a hospital or jail."
Fun Fact: She loves the Caribbean despite being allergic to it.
Secret Strength: A memory like a steel trap, also a Tech Whisperer, and a heart of gold.
Zion
aka “The Spark”
Site Engineer-in-Chief
Our bold adventurer and resident Tech Whisperer, Zion makes sure the website doesn't crash—and neither do our spirits. She's got an engineer's brain (literally from GA Tech), a singer's soul, and an explorer's heart.
Motto: "Where to next?"
Fun Fact: She's hugged sloths, danced with monkeys, and tangoed with a large python.
Secret Strength:Has vocal cords that could rival the angels, moved many to tears (in a good way!)...but she'll never brag about it.
Diamond
aka “TRB (The Real Boss)”
Chief of Security
Every elite travel crew needs someone who takes security very seriously — especially when snacks are involved. That's Diamond. A Yorkie with 14 years of experience running our domestic affairs, she is truly a diamond in the ruff: sassy, sweet, and always on high alert.
Don't let her size fool you. Dime believes she is both a puppy and a very large dog, capable of protecting the entire operation from delivery drivers, unfamiliar noises, and suspicious squirrels. When she's not on patrol, she can be found supervising naps, guarding suitcases, and conducting surprise snack audits.
Motto: "I may be small, but I run this place."
Fun Fact: She can hear a snack bag open from anywhere in the house — including different time zones.
Secret Strength: Unmatched loyalty, expert-level side-eye, and the uncanny ability to know when someone needs to slow down and sit still.
