aka “Adventure Encourager”
Chief Adventure Officer (CAO)
Every adventure needs someone who believes the best journeys aren't just about where you go—they're about who you meet along the way. That's Heidi.
An Army Brat turned lifelong traveler, wife, mom, musician, corporate retiree, and non-profit fundraiser. Heidi has spent decades exploring the world one connection at a time. With about 60 countries visited (and counting), she has collected far more than passport stamps—she's collected stories, friendships, unforgettable moments, and over 1,000 heart sightings around the globe.
As the Chief Adventure Officer of Next on the List, Heidi is the dreamer, encourager, and storyteller behind the journey. Whether she's creating travel resources, supporting charitable causes through travel, singing at a piano, planning a family celebration, or searching for the next adventure, she believes the world is full of neighbors we simply haven't met yet.
Her mission is simple: inspire people to explore with open hearts, connect across cultures, and discover that travel has the power to bring us closer together.

Tim
aka “The Strategist”
Chief Adventure Architect
Every great adventure needs a plan, and that's where Tim comes in. As the Chief Adventure Architect, he brings strategy, organization, and a little travel magic to every journey. A Louisiana State University graduate with a background in Business Administration, sales leadership, and relationship building, Tim has a natural talent for finding opportunities, solving problems, and making things happen. He is a master at point whispering and can stretch a dollar, maximize rewards and turn travel dreams into achievable adventures.
Whether he's researching the best redemption strategy, preparing delicious meals on the Big Green Egg, or making sure everyone's glass is full, Tim believes the best adventures are built with preparation, generosity, and a little fun along the way.

Fun Fact: He can find a better travel deal faster than most people can find their passport. 
Secret Strength: Logistics — He has an uncanny ability to organize the details, anticipate what could go wrong, and make sure the rest of us barely notice the work behind the scenes.
Trinity

Every crew needs someone who asks the questions others forget. That's Trinity. As the Chief Adventure Investigator, she brings curiosity, research skills, and a thoughtful approach to every journey. With a degree in Risk Management from The University of Georgia, she has a natural ability to spot details, uncover solutions, and make sure adventures are memorable for all the right reasons.
Whether she's researching a destination, solving a mystery, making everyone laugh with a perfectly timed pun, or finding ways to stay safe while exploring the world, Trinity reminds us that preparation makes room for more adventure.

Zion
aka “The Spark”
Chief Innovation Officer
Every adventure needs a little spark, and that's Zion. As the Chief Innovation Officer, she combines an engineer's mind, an artist's heart, and an explorer's spirit to bring ideas to life. A Georgia Tech graduate and gifted vocalist, Zion reminds us that creativity and curiosity can take us anywhere.
Whether she's solving a technical challenge, exploring the world, or sharing her incredible voice, Zion brings energy, imagination, and a willingness to say yes to the unexpected.

Fun Fact: She's hugged sloths, danced with monkeys, held a large python, and lived to tell the stories.

Diamond
aka “TRB (The Real Boss)”
Chief of Security
Every travel crew needs a leader with four paws and a strong opinion. Meet Diamond, The Real Boss. After almost 15 years of managing household operations, she has mastered the art of loyalty, supervision, and strategic snack acquisition.
Don't let her size fool you. This Yorkie believes she is responsible for protecting the entire crew from suspicious squirrels, delivery drivers, and any unauthorized snack activity. Her greatest mission, however, is reminding everyone that sometimes the best adventures include slowing down, resting, and enjoying the moment.
Motto: "I may be small, but I run this place."Fun Fact: She can hear a snack bag open from anywhere in the house.
